Is that he's got a _lot_ of what Riot would call "hidden power." (or whatever term they used when they called old Sona's auras unhealthy.) He can do things that aren't stated in his kit, aren't exactly clear, and frankly, he _shouldn't_ be able to. We all know he can leap from bushes/stealth, but a lot of people don't know he has a grace period of around a full second _after_ leaving brush/stealth during which he can still leap, dramatically increasing his leap range and letting him pull moves he shouldn't be able to. Furthermore, anyone who's aware of Rengar's standard full-combo from stealth knows it relies on getting _two empowered abilities off one stack of resource_ , ie, he gets an empowered ability at no cost. That being, if you activate empowered Q, it wont use the stacks until you hit something; so you empower your q, throw an empowered bola mid-leap to snare, and the Q you hit them with _will still be empowered even though you've spent your ferocity already._
The simplest way to help bring Rengar in line is to remove these interactions from his kit, as he shouldn't be able to do them in the first place.
