Flash shouldn't be a top counter to anything/everything
Have you ever complained about any champion in particular on these boards? Have you ever gotten the "Just flash away loooooooool" response in the comments?
Have people ever noticed that Flash has a higher cooldown than anything else in the game?
If you're playing an immobile ADC, and the enemy team has an Orianna, are you expected to flash away from her ultimate every single time she places the ball right under you? Even though she can ult many, many times in a row before you get your flash back?
If you're playing an immobile ADC, and the enemy team has a Cocaine Addict
sprinting just to fling you and you alone, and your team doesn't have that much CC to stop him, are you expected to flash every single time? Even when he can use his ult and item many more times before you get your flash back?
For ranged ADC's, why is it so easy for everything that can out-damage/instakill them to close the gap so quickly? Why do only so few of them have a decent disengage
(mostly on higher cooldowns, anyways), and why do the rest of them have to rely on flash the second the enemy Riven starts dashing in at top speed?
Why can't there be actual counterplay to these sorts of things?
