Can Ornn apply a double Ornn hit effect when he attacks a brittle target like Shyvana Q?

I ask because the animation concept is similar to Shyvanna. This would help without adding any power to tank Ornn while allowing Ornn to add some unique on hit build paths such as

He also seems to scale with everything else so this would add a nice touch in that direction.
