They are removing Mercurial Scimitar/QSS' ability to remove Death Mark.
Zed is already the most overpowered character in the game, followed very closely by Lee Sin. What the @#*$&@#%& were you thinking, Riot?
I remember an era where we made fun of Morello (Nerf Master Suck Town) for laying down the nerfs are bit too hard.... but at least Morello nerfed in the right places even if he overdid it, horrendous. Absolutely horrendous.
