it gives a little of everything an adc needs to make them stronger earlier than they should be, and then they still scale well because they're an adc.

New botrk is better trust me

Old BOTRk almost always made sure you got a kill with the active and ADC would build it regardless. At least now you have more of a chance of counterplaying a BOTRK first buyer.

Lol. EVERY SINGLE CHAMPION who uses auto attacks has gotten a win rate boost from item 3153 . That's just sad.
