Why there is no way to be totally immune to CC (Tenacity sucks), but you can make yourself immune to damage?
I think we should be able to stack tenacity up to 100% and CC boats should have CC penetration items to purchase to keep up.
Because an unstoppable Yi, Darius with Ghost, Garen etc. is fun to play against. Wait, no.

Infact have you played tank in general, they suck at laning and tend to fall behind.
Items do exist that counter CC. QSS and Mercurial as well as Cleanse. I do think that an AP variant should exist, and maybe a tank variant as well. Kind like how they introduced stopwatch, and gave a buildpath for AP, AD, and Tanks.
Immunity forever would be a little silly though.
Also, cc doesn't kill people, damage does. If you remove either, then one of them becomes useless. (A jinx is helpless without peel, an amumu is useless without followup unless he goes full ap)
Example : the enemy team is incompetent enough to not hit you when you are cc`d in a 1v5, the only one who is even trying to hurt you has a lot of cc in their kit and low damage, meanwhile their adc is missclicking and killing 4 minions right next to you.
A level 69 acc that was diamond in 2014, with a player who doesn't know anything about CC......... Looks like a case of account purchasing.

Fahahahahhaa 100% tenacity? Dude I'd prefer Master yi with 200% AP scaling on his Q rather than giving him a permanent Olaf Ultimate forever. I'm a yi main myself dude, I would just stop playing yi if that ever happened.
