Could a menu tweak be made so we toggle on/off both champion stats and rune stats at the same time?

I like the new rune tab, but not being able to see champion stats at the same time unless I hold down the hotkey is unfortunate. Especially with runes like Lethal Tempo which just shows time spent with bonus attack speed on the rune's tab. Knowing I spent 12 seconds with increased attack speed is not as useful as knowing how much I gain from the bonus.

I'd like to leave them both open if at all possible
