@Riot: Black Shield shouldn't block Test of Spirit, it is not crowd control

Black Shield being able to block Test of Spirit is completely inconsistent with the rest of the game

• ToS doesn't inhibit enemies control of their champion in any way, thus by rules set during Zed and Trundle ult changes a few years back it should be treated as a debuff
• Other CC-preventing effects like Ragnarok do not prevent it
• CC cleansing effects like QSS do not remove it
• it is not reduced by tenacity

Now, the slow proc when the spirit dies is a CC and should be blocked, but ONLY that proc - this is how every other CC-affecting effect interacts with test of spirit (i.e. Tenacity reduces slow duration, but not spirit duration, CC immunity ignores the slow but not ToS itself, CC removal effects remove it but not the spirit).

Please fix this interaction, it makes no sense whatsoever.

I do not post it in Bug Report section since Riot seemed to consider this change a bugfix when it was implemented, thus it is a gameplay issue.
