Can we please just freaking DISABLE new champs for the first week in ranked?

This suggestion has been asked still to this day for fucking YEARS.

What reason do you have to NOT? Disable new champs? What actual logic reason do you have Riot? Like for real? If you can give me ONE good reason , that why a new champion should be playable in ranked the moment it comes out, i'll listen. I see no other reason as to why you would, other than getting money out of people buying him with RP.

You've literally never answered this question and ignore it any time its asked. At least let players know why.

They disable them in the LCS for the first week, can we not at least have the same treatment in the lower ranks?

If people don't want them to implement a having a Mastery on a champ before being able to use it in ranked then why should they disable them just because

A. it's new they wanna play B. it's new they aren't good at them

.. yeah not gonna happen sorry move on.

Riddle me why they're disabled for the LCS then.

They do that for the LCS players cause it's a professional side of the game, they have much different standards. Like all the balancing issues that arise when they hit live, they want to sort out a major amount of them before the LCS gets into it. They aren't disabled for them really anyway, they always play on a patch behind.

They play one week behind, and new champions are disabled for one week after that, so Sol will be available to play professionally when patch 6.7 hits the live servers.

LOL. You clearly don't know how they play. When we play on 6.8 they play on 6.7 This is done so that they can play to their highest performance with as little bugs as possible between each patch.

This was from Feb 6th, with the pro scene moving to Patch 6.2 that week (EU had already played their games). Patch 6.2 went live Jan 28th.

That means the LCS is ONE week behind, not two (which would be needed for them to be a full patch behind).

If you need further proof, go to the 18 minute mark, where Phreak literally says "We are on patch 6.2 for this one. This is the patch you guys are playing on on live."

LOL. You clearly don't know how they play.

Care to revise that statement?

There will be times later on in the year where they will be 2 full patched behind. The finals last year for example. They were on 5.18 when live was on 5.20.

Worlds is the exception, yes. But for the last 9 weeks that the LCS has been playing they've only been one week behind.

Yes the player has the right to buy and play the champion, and they can In normals. The Idea of ranked, is your going into win, and your intentions are to WIN. Not to fuck around with a champin you've never palyed

This is one thing they need to take from smite and they do it for 2 weeks.
