PSA: Going redbuff to krugs is an instant level 3
The XP buffs to krugs made a huge difference. Now you can just barely get to level 3 at 2:20 seconds if you go to redbuff then krugs. Level 3 cheeseganks go!

Raptors are too strong, so Riot makes them less rewarding and moves XP onto krugs. Makes no sense.

Got ganked by a level 3 lee sin who was still at 80%. Bot lane was still level 1.
