I mean, I've played it a couple times. I liked it, but it doesn't seem to have a ton of replay value. And I think that's partially due to the fact that resources are stagnant. (Stats, level, items, never changes) So it feels the same at all points in the game.

Yah 90% of LoL's replay value is tied into the variety of champions

Playing a "mode" where everyone and every time its the same champion removes that

Since it's linked with a dark star even thing I was afraid is was going to be like Black Market Brawlers and just vanish into the ether.
