If lees going to be buffed because hes at sub 50% wr, so should riven

(riven hit 47% wr this patch btw) Just saying.

Riven cant do anything against tabi rush or broken tanks, her only viable setup is abusing broken tank runes that are about to get nerfed.

Give her % total arpen somewhere on her kit so she isnt instantly negated by a cloth armor in lane.

How about adding a passive on riven ult that reads : Riven gains 10/20/30% arpen (scaling with ult rank).

Shes supposed to do damage, and this doesnt give her any more cc or utility, just damage and a chance to actually kill those broken tanks or tabi "squishy" ad carries.

but imagine if black cleaver got removed. or deaths dance, or GA. That's basically what happened with lee but to a smaller extent. Also Riven is trash not because the champ is bad but top lane meta is her counters. Lee has a low winrate as well, even before the trackers removal because other junglers counter him.

It already did.

Cleaver is a garbage item now that at best just negates the 1100 gold tabi armor (but tabi still gives % damage reduction LOL), Deathsdance is countered by a 1k gold item (bramble vest).

Now you see why riven is bad now? Theres no itemization or runes to counter tanks for bruisers, while tanks have multiple 1k gold hard counters for every fighter item in the game, how is this in any way fair?

I bet if it was the other way around, imagine if bramble vest cost 3k gold and cleaver costed 1k, i bet tank mains would cry non stop here.

Lee was partial balanced around expecting a player to take trackers. This means that because a balance item was removed he is being compensated. BTW Riven was also compensated back when The Brutalizer was changed/removed.
