I don't think Riot has anyway to evaluate their balance team. Ahri being at 20%+ pick 54%+ win for like 3+ months wasn't enough of an objective indicator on how bad their balance team is doing I don't think they're going to do anything about all of these new 55%+ win reworked champs anytime soon.

To whichever rioter gave her that buff, you're a true hero.
