If Kalista's allowed to have such a broken passive then she shouldn't be allowed to use red buff

Stop making active abilities into passives without cooldowns. Nuff said. It's lucian's dash, but it's free and has no cooldown, oh, and faster. Since when was that a smart decision? It's like they completely ignored ALL the feedback from the PTR and just released her anyway.

i hate red buff on any champ. Super fucking annoying and there isn't anything you can do about it. That being said, you already can't do too much about Kalista...giving her red buff? Maybe building frozen mallet? Yea, no thanks.

Yeah...you really cannot catch Kallista unless you can chain hard CC and have several slows. It isn't very bad in early game because the distance isn't much but its bullshit if you are a champ with no gap closer or MS enhancer.

While you are at it, ban Frozen Mallet on her as well.
