I hardly consider energy a resource, yet it seems like 1/3 of the champion pool is resourceless. While lb is oom to use another w, riven has three different escapes at her disposal. There is just too much of a disparity here.

If you PLAYED ZED, you'd see he does have to manage his energy. It really does restrict him way more than you'd think or realize.
