Panths only strong thing is his laning, he is horrible at everything else, its an anoying championdesign but it keeps scaling champions automatically in check to have such a design in the game. He is frustrating, yes. But there is a reason why he is so aids to lane against.

What about Renekton? He can bully lane opponent 0-24 + he has an escape. Pantheon at least has mana and he goes OOM preety quick if he spams abilites.
