Is it me, or are there not a lot of changes this pre-season
I'm not seeing the wild buffs/nerfs/itemization changes that I seem to recall in years past. And I'm just asleep at the keyboard.

RookPusher1 votesI meant there doesn't appear to be a whole lot of experimentation. Not overhauls like Runes.
