@Riot don't employ people who don't have a degree

As someone without a degree who does computer support - people with degrees don't have a "Good idea" engine that comes with it... reminder: several of the worlds BILLIONAIRES are college drops outs.

TL;DR Having a degree doesn't make you good at your job.

Degree =/= balance. How are you even in college if you think a degree has anything to do with balancing characters?

degree =/= ideas, you could be a emotionless robot with a degree, if someone self taught themselves everything to get where .they are, that trumps degree anyday. It's content, not words that get you a job.

Then there is Lyte who has a PhD in cognitive psychology or some other shit.

Then you learn he hasn't done anything good in the past ~5 years.

as someone with a degree I'm fine with most of the game's balance.

Still think mages and AP need a thorough dumpstering, though.
