Ok you literally doubling the Cool down on her heal, but doing nothing to compensate... why? That's kinda of a big deal no? Any other champions getting their abilities cool down doubled with nothing to compensate?

The only reason the cooldown was doubled early is so the people laning against Soraka will actually have a chance at killing the other ADC, instead of soraka basically turning said ADC into a tank that doesn't die and gets a double kill in 2 minutes

And she finds it very easy to lane against you when she never has to fight you. Her kit promotes non-interactivity. She and her ADC don't have to fight you. Why would they? Soraka can just let her ADC have safe free farm until the laning phase is over without ever having to fight the other guys. That's the biggest problem with playing against Soraka. Of course she's easy to kill, but who says she even has to give you a chance to kill her?

changing not that long ago and TBH, she's broken the Janna bar for supports for a little too long. I don't like the change either, but her power level is slightly too high and something has to give for balance.
