Again why is Lucian immune to any major nerfs?

Seriously, -10 damage to W? That's it? No nerfs directed towards his passive which is the root of the problem? Alright then.

This champion has been meta for almost 2 seasons now and Riot has done very little in terms of properly balancing him. Like what the hell? Every other champ seems to see significant nerfs but not this champ?

Oh, and then Rakan gets nerfed of all champions, and on the wrong part of his kit too. Nice one Riot, nice one. Oh, and whenever Kat's good she gets insta-nerfed? What's going on there? Akali and Irelia too.

But for some god forsaken reason, not Lucian, the champion who has been defining bot lane for all eternity (along with Mr. 40%+ pick rate Ezreal). I don't get it.

Did you notice the 70 mana cost? that's a champ killer on a spammer like Lucian He's basically forced to go Essence Reaver instead of Shojin now, if he wants a chance to win.

On his least impactful ability. Wow, real noticeable change right there.

The problem with Lucian isn't his general kiting and ability spam for the most part, it's to do with Press the Attack and his passive. He just turns into an assassin thanks to those two contributing portions of his kit and build. Oh, and because of this he's allowed to go Blade->Black Cleaver and not lose any significant damage.

Seriously, just nerf his passive and change how he works with Press the Attack already.

The increase to the W mana cost is pretty significant. It's his main source of kiting and sticking to targets in the early game due to how long his E cooldown is to start. If he's too aggressive and just spams out spells for passive procs, he'll run out of mana a lot faster.

It's not the biggest nerf in the world, but it's something. This is always Riot's first pass with problematic champions. First they take what's supposed to be weak about them, and make that weakness more pronounced.

Lucian has high mana usage and needs mana so he can keep being mobile to make up for his lowest adc range in the game... lucian is only strong right now because he is the only adc that can survive longer team fights without being 100-0 in a split second thanks to his mobility and build. I dont think its lucian's fault.

He is just showing up more than other adcs because the other ones are weak right now. When meta changes and the other adcs get stronger and lucian becomes less used he becomes percieved as weak or useless compared to the others. I'm pretty sure he is fine.
