Autofilling people just to make the MMR work in positional matchmaking is not acceptable.

What I mean is: on our team we have someone who queued as ADC/mid and got autofilled support. My duo queued as fill, and was given ADC. This is, presumably, because his ADC MMR is different than his support MMR.

But now that autofilled support asks to role swap, and my duo, who queued as fill, of course says "sure." And both players are punished for role swapping with potential harsher splashing or the complete removal of their positional ranks. This is not acceptable at all. Just let the queue wait longer and assign people their proper roles.

to prevent people from abusing it to play in games way below their level.

If they don't create teams with player way below their level why would they need to worry about that? Like the name btw.

Someone might be a diamond adc but a bronze support. So if they queued as support then swapped to adc it's free wins.

Except they are not punished for it, they just get cachall message riot sends to everyone while riot monitors the new system. Just ignore the message, it was meant for duo queue players who consistently switch but riot just wanted to give everyone an early heads up while the system is new.

It definitly is not acceptable. Messing up player experience is not acceptable. Intentionaly screwing up something that was almost working is not acceptable. So what now?

They reverted positional matchmaking dude. It no longer exists. And it's not coming back. You're several days late.

Hey man whats up welp no they said they left positional matchmaking in. Also they had to mess up MMR to adjust for having a 'single' rank now. Anyway yea i know what you mean and youre defenitly right about us not having multiple ranks.

Anyhow its a mess nothing we can do my post got removed they arent gonna be able to fix this since games were already played and the new mmr cant reflect 5 mmrs so we just gonna have more shitty mismatched games whatever :)
