[Need Help] How do I counter a fed FIZZ?? Is there anything I can do besides pull my pants down??

Man wtf I was playing support and this jungle fizz absolutely rekt us. He would 1 shot me with 2 basic abilties. And whats the cd of his troll pole??

Sigh please, please help me counter him. What the fuck can I do vs a fed fizz man. I never felt so hopeless or demoralized in my entire time playing league, as I was playing in this game. God damn.

And before you guys say anything, I did build an aegis. Fat good that did.

I tried outplaying him and I dodged his ult many times. However apparently he doesnt even need ults to 1 shot people? At least zed/ lb/kat/talon/rengar etc need to fucking ult to run up and 1 shot a squishy. This guy kills me with q and e. He has huge gap closers with those 2 abilities as well.

Why the fk does this guy have so much dmg AND so much mobility and invincibility. He has everything, sorta like Irelia. Slows, %hp, gap closer, grevious wounds, another gap closer (also invincibility) and aoe.

Please help guys, I have never encountered this situation before.

vs a Fizz summoners like summoner 3 summoner 21 are helpful, champs like Lissandra is good vs him with her cc, low cooldowns her ult and typically she will get item 3001 item 3157 . the key is not to let him get that early kill. also when facing him taking hp per lvl yellows and mr blues helps alot. a item 3102 can help vs his ult. take advantage if you can bait out his playful trickster or if he wastes it. im not for sure if summoner 1 is viable vs his ult or not.

Not so much the pregame stuff , but the ingame item choices. Next time I think i'll go aegis -> banshees on support. Perhaps this would help me survive vs him more.

as a support a item 3222 might be better vs a fizz cuz yo ucan use it for ur allies. also item 3190 to help vs the burst damage when u use the active.

Hmm I did rush a locket that game, but it really didn't so much vs the fizz. Ive never built that other item, it builds out of chalice right ? Its a cleanse for allies right?

Does it help vs fizz ult or something? Cheers thanks for the tips.

yes it builds from item 3028 which gives you mana and mr . item 3222 wont cleanse his ult but what it will do is give your allies a heal when they take the ult so it can nullify some of the damage vs a fizz. paired with item 3190 they will take less damage over all.

as a support main myself i like to pick Morgana vs a fizz due to my Q and my E and ult for aoe cc. so something like item 2045 item 3092 item 3190 item 3157 item 3222 would be ideal vs him as Morgana

I think we had a few ccs that game, TF , fiddle and lee.

We did try to cc chain him, however for some reason we couldnt burst him down before he killed us. He would also use e and hourglass to dodge attacks, which was good play by him.

So yeh, landed not one but multiple cc in a chain, hes still a beast [slayer-jinx-unamused]

sounds like he was REALLY fed, at which point almost any champion would roll you effortlessly

Might have to test it out... But Zed's seem pretty weak lately. The nerfs must be catching up to him Zed's ain't even banned anymore.

Ill play some zed and get fed, I'll update you once i can kill a squishy with a single rotation of basic skills :)

any dash/flash can dodge his pole, and if you're quick you can dodge his ult too hourglass also dodges his ult

Anyway if he has to use his pole to gap close, he's much easier to kill. Don't let him close the gap with just Q.

This is actually a great tip! I'll force him to use e to engage that way he can't use it in the middle of the fight. Still does a lot of dmg though eh :p

Also you should know that he can q through one of your minions and ult you while dashing. Its a pretty free ult most of the time because no one expects it

he's an assassin so playing safe is important, try to 1v2 or 1v3 because he doesn't do that well in them

summoner 3 take this in lane phase and collect your lp. Stay behind your tanks so he can't fish you, and then exh when he tries to engage. If he catches you alone? you're fish food. that's just the nature of assassins.
