Riot reverted Kog'Maw's pre-ADC update changes because they made him so broken for an entire year.
Old Tri-Force was better on some champions, but other champions who don't build as much crit, but like attack speed, like it a lot better now (Irelia, Fiora, etc.)
Team Builder... Yeah, I gotta give you that one, however too many queues would certainly split the playerbase and increase queue times too much. I mean, I've sat in queue for well over 20 minutes to find a game mid lane on Team Builder, and I never played ranked so I was playing with the vast majority of the playerbase. If they were to bring it back, there would just be too many potential queues and not enough players in each region to fill them and keep queue times low, and Team Builder's already high queue times would suffer the worst, and because of this nobody would play it to avoid the long queue times. Heck, I spent most of my time on Team Builder playing Braum support because I couldn't deal with the longer queue times. Something's got to give with all of this to keep queue times from being minimum 20+ minutes for anyone not queueing support.
