All the yellow keystones are bad because they are so delayed that they almost never come into effect

Press the attack: 3 basic attacks. Your target can be dead before this even happens if you have skills in your rotation (eg: master yi Q)

Lethal Tempo: 1.5 second delay. Same issue as above: target is dead before it can even activate. I find it usually only activates on my SECOND target. Meaning going in 1v5 lategame. No early game keystone presence.

Fleet Footwork: No delay, but does no damage.

And yet people are complaining about keystones being broken? They must be talking about the red ones then? Because my yellow keystones feel mostly useless (but I need them because the yellow tree is superior overall on my champ...)

Press the attack is good early/mid game or vs tanks.

Fleet Footwork is for a stronger laning phase, replaces warlords.

Lethal Tempo is good on certain champions that can delay that 1.5 seconds or hit opportunistically, like Vayne, Lucian, Kalista, Ashe.

I just can't seem to get any of them to activate. My kit destroys them before my keystone does.

I could take the red tree, but then I miss out on all my other neat non-keystone runes.

Sounds like youre using them on the wrong champions.

And you can go precision second and get 2/3 of the non keystones you want anyways.

I go sorcery secondary because celerity is a mandatory rune on all champions. The sorcery keystones are even worse on AD champs than the yellow ones.

There is no way to go blue/yellow and have an actual useful keystone.

what? absolutely not. Celerity is nowhere near a mandatory rune on any champions, let alone all champions.

Go look at core and common builds for every champion. Very few are even taking it.

Melees can't catch anyone if they don't take it.

Thats your opinion. Which is wrong by the way.

I could go and show you 20+ melee that don't take Celerity in their most common rune build right now.

I'm pretty sure that the somewhat standard rune page for jhin is sorc/prec actually (some sorc/dom and sorc/insp on him too), taking comet as keystone.

Jhins a bit weird as ADs go to be fair, but still.

You only miss one rune, though..

Lethal tempo is one of the most things ive ever used in the game. RUn that thing on Kayle and yi and get over 3.5 AS and just destroy everything in your path

I do run it on Yi. People die before it comes into effect.
