Draven has a 60% winrate prior to 25 minutes

Just bringin' it to light. The majority of champions, even other "lane bullies" don't come anywhere near 60% at any point in the game. The closest runners-up are lower than 56%, and the win rates of other bullies drop lower than Draven's as the game goes on.

There is no site with data on what proportion of games are under 25 minutes for these champions, though there should be. After all, "falling off" means nothing if the game ends before that point.

This is likely due to the fact that Draven's passive works too well with his kit, which allows him to rush higher damage items with less of a lead and less drawback due to his built-in attack speed.

It's not only a problem for the opponent, but if by chance the Draven's team can't capitalize on their ADC's massive item lead his odds of winning drop dramatically. And a Draven who doesn't get ahead early is rendered all but useless because he's reliant on that lead.

Oh look the early game bully snowball champion's winrate is high in games that end fast! Who'd have thought!

Oh look, someone doesn't understand that that doesn't justify a 60% winrate at any point in the game

You are skewing it to a specific timeframe. It doesn't mean anything. Draven should be winning most of his game sby gaining a high early advantage, so ofc if you check winrates within the first 25 minutes of games, he is gonna role high.

It's like trying to claim Talon needs nerfs just because he got the highest First Blood count in the game, despite it not even helpign him win games.

Its an incredibly bias and shortsighted logic you are applying and it reeks of looking for reasons to justify nerfs however small and obtuse the justification may be.

Except that what you used to compare doesn't work at all as comparison.

SINCE the first blood count doesn't help him win games, it doesn't make a difference.

Fact is, too many games are ending while Draven still has his advantage.

That isn't the same thing. It isn't that Draven is winning too many games when he has his advantage. it is that the period where draven should be winning has him winning a lot.

What you are trying to do i argue correlation = causation.

And Veigar has 63% win rate in 50 minute games. What of it?

Every game has an early game Very few games reach lategame

They both have the same threshold though. At 28 minutes, Draven drops below 50% win rate and Veigar climbs over 50% win rate. It is a trade off. Draven has one of the hardest win rate drop offs there is so having very high early win rate is justifiable. If he didn't have such high early win rate than his average would be well below 50%.

A very small portion of games reach 50 minutes. A very large portion of games end before 30.

What's the point your trying to make?

well he has a high win rate early cuz of his early game damage and his passive that if he happens to get akill or two he snowballs with the gold passive ... that explains his early win rate... but as the game goes... and other adcs start to hit their power curves they can start to trade better. and as the game goes longer that early game advantage goes away when every one gets full build and lvl 18

Draven is just OP. I don't know how anyone can argue otherwise
