Kei1432 votesit is to reduce his healing when he uses guisoo's rageblade. Which has AP elements to it and a common item for xin's to buy right now.

Meep Man1 votesBecause of Guinsoo's, a good item for him right now. Hextech Gunblade is also good on him. It was making his heals really high.
This is the price for making a champion possibly competitively viable for this Season (it seems).
