Eve Rework

With the Evelynn rework on the way as confirmed by Riot, she will probably get a new kit along with new splash's during the assassin update.

As an Eve player, I would really like for Riot to focus heavily on her stealth mechanics. I don't want them to be "careful" with them cause some players deem stealth "toxic". I want them to have her kit revolve around outplaying opponents with the stealth mechanic.

I would also like for them to scrap all other abilites EXCEPT, for Dark Frenzy. Dark Frenzy makes Evelynn really unique, in that she can rush around after a kill and move on to killing the next target. Or she can burst out of the shadows, get a quick kill, and then promptly disappear at a high speed into the shadows. It's what makes her a fun assassin. To rush around getting kills, then being rewarded for properly participating.

I hope Riot keeps her stealth a heavy part and her In-n-out Assassin playstyle.
