4v5 Experience gain in Aram is too high, and actually extremely preferable with the right comp.

One of my most commonly stated reasons on why ranked aram will never be, is that is is actually optimal to run a 4v5 until level 11 with the right comp.

Holding early is the only problem. And its not much of one. If your team composition can hold tower, or clear waves with any decency its the way to go. Holding your most unreliable early champ(Soraka for instance) in base until the team hits 11 will give you a massive advantage.

What tends to happen is 4 man lane experience causes a 2-3 level lead by level 11 or 12. 4 of your team mates will be level 11, with the scapegoat being level 8-9

The crazy part is that the entire enemy team will barely out level your afk (never more than one level)due to exp compensation and exp spread through a 4v5.

This is actually a gamebreaking flaw that could be abused regularly but is something i only noticed after 5000 arams and it happening on accident. You tend to actually lose 4v5's in aram if the afk player returns before endgame.

"why the fuck are we losing a 4v5?" Oh they are level 13 and we are level 10. Wait theyre zilean is back and hes level 9?!?!?!?! wtf."

While im not 100% sure a disconnect is required, i do know that this is majorly noticeable.

While that does seem like an issue if true, how does that have anything to do with ranked ARAM? XP gain can be tweaked.

its not tweaked though, im referring to one of the things that would have to be changed if it were implemented.

Your initial phrasing made it sound much more like an inherent flaw that can't be fixed without fundamentally changing the game mode.
