Support Role Redesign Idea

I don't like the fact supports are locks in the bottom lane. This causes lanes like top or mid to be way too much jungle reliant.

I believe the support role should be redesigned like into a global role like jungler by modifying the support item into an item close to jungle items that basically lock the role into something more special.

My suggestion is adding making the support item to offer a 60 sec CD teleport, but with the drawback that if you have the support item, killed creeps offer 0 gold, also you cannot use smite. This will make the item un-abuseable by lanners/junglers and will offer the support role way more valuable to the team mechanic and potential to change the course of the game other than being the ADC pet. On top of that, it will make games more interactive, a thing riot is trying to do

You know if that's an issue the item can be limited to 20 min after that the CD will increase four-fold for example or simply lock that ability
