seriously the most op support riot ever made.. honestly like swap his ulti and his devour.. devour is WAY to strong to a normal skill on that low of a cooldown.. and his E pretty much doubles his hp.
there are SO many things that needs to be nerfed about him i dont even care where you need to start just do somthing. this guys is like release

He's a support like Thresh in a way. One of the few supports that you can actually consider killing over the ADC in many cases(other than they're lower HP/close). On their own they can be easy pray. A lot of their power comes from what they do for their team.

you CAN'T consider killing him over the ADC because he wont freaking die. any damage you deal to helm is worthless unless you kill him and if you about to kill him he pops his shield and escapes.
Cindikle1 votesHe usually escapes because he eats his teammate for the speed boost. Then since you focused the ADC he's at full HP the whole time while getting away.
This is mostly early game I'm talking as well. He wont be as tanky that his shield will save him that well. Later in the game you can just swap targets while he runs away.

Pupel1 votesMid late game unless he pops his shield you are wasting time attacking him if he does pop his shield stop attacking him. His only role is to keep his team alive like Soraka so its not like he will kill you are take objectives.
