Veigar has a couple of counters. Even just as a Zyra I was able to 1-shot a fed Diamond-Veigar in lategame. I was dead but I took him out of fight [If I would have had a Zhonyas I would have survived].

And.... meet a lategame Twitch and have fun. The counters of a fed Twitch are rare. ^^

He should still have to kill something with Q to get stacks, this auto stack stuff is bs.
