Things to fix about Taric:
- More interactive Heal. For example, Soraka pays in her own life to heal others, meaning the health interaction in lane has a weakness that you can play on if you play correctly. Sona on the other hand gets stronger heals the lower her teammate's life is, making hers better for saving allies rather than keeping them topped off all laning phase.
- Shatter's passive needs to stop being invisible. Invisible power in League, generally, is kinda bad. It's uninteresting to see, difficult to interact with in certain situations, and in general feels pretty bad to use. While the active component of Shatter has a pretty cool concept, imo, a lot needs to be done about Shatter's defensive side.
- Dazzle being a ranged point and click stun is...odd. Its utility is incredibly bad, as its slow travel speed makes it difficult to react to and lock down assassins that threaten your team's carries, and its range and single target nature makes it terrible for team fight initiations. In general, Dazzle would probably need to be completely overhauled.
- Radiance could be a much more interesting skill in general. The only reason you'd use it is to get raw stats, and numbers is not really what makes League an interesting game.
In general, I'd like to see something be done between Taric's Passive and the Active component of his Shatter. If Taric were to be reworked, it would be interesting to see him become some sort of a spellslinger (think Lucian and his passive) who needs to actively decide if he wants to act on his defensive strengths, or Shatter his armor to go on the offensive.
