It's called giving thoughts/opinions/feedback which the game makers can work on, so as to create a nice final product.

If people don't like the plant system idea, they should voice their concerns. Now Riot knows people might be unhappy with it, they know why peopel might be unhappy with it and they can work on it to make unhappy people happy.
