Varus' passive could use an improvement.
Reasoning:
Living vengeance as a passive feels underwhelming. I like the whole concept of becoming more dangerous after a takedown seems unique as its something marksmen don't usually have but i believe the passive doesn't really fulfill that fantasy.
The main problem i wanna talk about is how Varus rarely ever gets to utilize the full duration of the attack speed buff. Half the time the fight is already over either in Varus or the enemy team favor which means the passive had little impact during the fight itself. It makes the passive feel too inconsistent and unrewarding.
This is why i think the passive needs more inmmedate rewards. A conditional passive that requires him to be part of a kill before it triggers needs to feel impactful to actually deliver the right feeling.
Now to the suggestion.
The darkin bow: Upon kill/assist, Varus' darkin half stirs reducing the cooldown of ALL his abilities by 6 seconds.
The darkin bow has a 10 second cooldown
This would be in addition to his already existing attack speed steroid.
Varus' kit has a lot of caster elements in it but when he uses an attack speed oriented build these elements are rarely utilized. Seeing as how Varus' damage comes mainly from proccing blighted quiver this addition to his passive would help to improve this playstyle while also combining really well with Living Vengeance current AS boost while also reducing the punishment Varus has for not saving his abilities to proc blight. Considering Varus' abilities all have huge CDs and he can't afford to build CDR it seems like a fitting passive for an Attack Speed Caster marksman hybrid.
PS: Undo the 50 HP nerf. THAT was a ridiculous nerf.

were all massively hit. Even though I'm not an adc player anymore, I really like Varus and would really like it if he was not buffed and then subsequently kneecapped.
