Yasuo changes to get rid of bruiser no crit build

Passive flow shield is no longer a fixed number but now has a base of 80 plus (crit chance × 1-5 based on level).

His E does physical damage(nerf to early game Yasuo, buff to late game yasuo).

His R steroid is no longer 50% bonus armor pen but causes his crits to have 50% bonus armor pen.

There is no situation where his E doing physical damage is a buff, late game or otherwise.

Though i applaud your trying to force him to be pushed into focusing more on his squishie 'auto crit build', but you have to consider a few CRITICAL things.

His current flow shield is at least locked by a level scaling gap, so even if the scaling multiplier of 1~5 is left on there, i am very sure it would be a much stronger scale then what it already brings, which could lead to him taking initative pokes much easier.

If he is simply pushed back into this 'squishie' 100% crit build it still doesnt resolve his annoying insane mobility build that lets him have enough utility to get out of CC less he has multiple enemy champions with multiple 'ranged CC' or just as powerful gap closers as Yasuo then some extra too due to his standard automatic build style of mixing in % move speed items.

PLUS his 'auto crit' kit still only requires him to build 2 items for 100% crit, a more 'recent' build i've found out that i've seen Yasuos been playing is getting phantom dancer first instead of stakik shiv then build some beefie items (which could include items like deadman's plate) and even then later on he can grab other alternative critical items like Essence Reaver (which is in a sense a more utility useful Infinity edge which grants CD based on your crit chance, which since Yasuo is not banned from CD, could let him also synergize a powerful 40% CD, 100% crit, tank build from just 2 items alone and can still build 2 or 3 items or even all 4 remaining slots as tank items).

The only thing your 'idea' would do is make the slightly now obsolete non crit, tank build even more useless and make the mixer mobility, crit and tank build even scale more ridiculous. Literally any Yasuo i have seen that build phantom dancer are literally impossible to catch twats that require "ONCE AGAIN, Just as insane mobility when he already has E fixed distance dashing thru targets, Phantom dancer gives him a constant 12% (+7% more on top of the base 5%) move speed when enemy champions are nearby, 5% even when none are around, If he adds the +60 flat move speed bonus that Deadman's plate brings to the table then he becomes even more uncatch'able then he already was before and be tankie to boot.

At this point i would say one of the major culprits to this madness is that Phantom Dancer itself will have to see a redesign on itself and maybe certain particular crit items are forced to be range only, to give indirect nerfs to Yasuo and other melee champions who pretend to be crit nut'job assassin and/or fighter champions. But mainly Yasuo since he slurps it to 2 item auto crit tier.

ps the combination is so silly he can skip building boots wanna know why?

Base Move: 345 Dead man's plate: +60 (slightly lowered if he gets hit by a slow or immobilizing CC if he ever manages to get hit). Phantom Dancer: 5% +7% near enemy champions.

Result 362.5 Move with only Phantom dancer and no enemy champion nearby 386.4 Move with only Phantom dancer and a enemy champion nearby 405 with just Deadman's plate at full stacks. 425.25 with Deadman's plate at full stack with Phantom dancer but no enemy champion. 453.6 with Deadman's plate at full stack with Phantom dancer and a enemy champion nearby.

Plus if he does have Berserker greaves on top of that 345+45+60=450 With Deadman's fully stacked and Berserker greaves. 472.5 With all 3 items but no enemy champions about 504 With all 3 items and a enemy champion nearby.

Literally what kind of champion can get a literal 'nearly indefinite' Move speed of around the 470 line just from using 3 items, be ridiculous elusive and easily break 500+ line of move speed while in combat or just being near enemies? Ps, Kled, Miss fortune, Soraka towards a low hp ally, Janna and plenty of other champions which i can't recall their names atm wouldnt really count because none of them get that insanely mobile, can still destroy the crap out of you and still have the ability to stack more mobility items like Ghost blade, Tri'force, Duskblade, etc.

I forgot all about the cancer mobility Yasuo has from items. As if his E wasbt enough. Maybe, and this might sound crazy, all items that give movespeed give the same amount but are unique passives so they cant stack. Deadmans would give different movespeed but it would be a unique passive the same as the other items to not be stackable and abusable.
