A 3 tier Vayne with these 2 items on can kill a team of any, even 3 - 3 tiered champs. Ridiculous.

And a team can be designed to pull her in to kill her at proximity if built......

Put a Blitz next to a Lulu on a team with a tanky Gnar. Vayne will die no matter where they position her.

I think that the 2 by themselves are strong but not broken, it becomes broken with a third item. You throw a RFC on with those two items on any ADC and gg. I think a good solution to the OP champ is limit items to 2 per champ.
