Is Fervor better than Bloodlust on ADC/melee carries now?

Sustained Damage- YES. Such as . Burst Crit-Builders like - No.

For ADCs, I believe it depends on the champion.

For most traditional ADCs who depend on critical strikes, Warlord's Bloodlust is probably better due to sustain when poking/trading and fighting.

For ADCs who depend work well with on-hit effects (i.e. ), Fervor of Battle can add a significant amount of damage.

For melee carries, Fervor of Battle will probably work better if you purchase Devourer and/or have abilities which apply on-hit effects multiple times. Fervor of Battle may work better if you build a significant amount of crit, but you won't be able to proc it as safely as a ranged champion for sustain when poking.

For most ADCs, yes, Fervor is better now, especially during laning.
