Idea for a little buff for the summoner spell cleanse

in my opinion after you used it you should recive a 1 sec movement speed buff because while you press it and the enemy do the spell you wont use it at the right time so 1 sec ms buff can help for that i mean i think that a ms buff to cleanse has more sense than the ms buff to heal
