Ignite/smite teleport/smite ignite/teleport

Whats the deal with people, even in gold, using shit summoner combos like these on champs with no untargetted dashes? Only shaco can get away with this because of his low cooldown blink (which also makes him invisible) and his jungle control with his boxes.

Seeing too many garen top with ignite teleport feeding coz they cant escape ganks or mid/lategame when they get caught.

Same with the jungles. teleport/smite xin, smite/ignite irelia.
