Artificial difficulty in the ladder proven
So I decided to get placements done on my alt (even though it will not get the rewards) and love what I first encountered.
It basically just forces you into silver in your first rounds of placements for the sake of it.
This is the estimate I was given, can you guess what I got placed at?
A full four tiers below. Just because this is a new account.
No real explanation for this, just "We see you are gold 4 MMR, but you know what fuck you were placing you in silver anyway for artificial difficulty.
This game is falling apart for so many different reasons added together. Shitty ranked ladder, artificial difficulty, bad balance, not listening to the players, you name it.
But now I can clearly see that I am right, that the climb is so hard not because of my play but because riot intentionally makes it more difficult than its supposed to, by a LONG shot.
This is AFTER placements, while it did drop a little bit from two losses, its clear that placing someone 200 full mmr below where they belong is not what its supposed to. Its going to be a shitty experience for them and those around them when they play.
You want a good game? You want money from my pocket? Fix this and game balance, maybe ill throw some money at you then.
