Too bad you are just bad to play against them I stomp them every game because they provide no early pressure so I can shit on my lane opponent and go into his jungle and abuse him like I do to all my opponents.

And after 15 min they came out of the jungle and shits on your entire team.But the real problem is after devourer and rageblade they build full tank and still shit on your entire team.

I think it should be a worse item when not fully stacked.

As is, the early game isn't nearly as bad as it needs to be to justify the late game, and it's not hard at all to get stacked. Record time for me is around 12 minutes with shyv, average is 15 minutes, and I've never gotten to the 20 minute mark, even when getting denied early drags and invaded constantly.

Rageblade is kinda ridiculous on several champions. I remember actually beating an Irelia in lane quite handily, and then she got item 3124 and suddenly became impossible to fight.
