Removes riven's knockup and stun already

SO very sick of her being able to escape me and catch up to me because of her r%%%%%ed 3 dashes and still be able to lock me in place with a stun into a knockup while she barfs true damage on me with a massive steroid ult on her and a free sheen proc on her passive.

All coupled with a highly r%%%%%ed shield.

This champion design is absolute garbage and i'm sick of her getting away with petty nerfs while other champions get gutted for doing EXACTLY what she does but they did it WAY worse.

She works too well with way too many items. CDR is WAY too common on way too many items/runes to even TRY to claim she has long CD's (that goes for every resourcless champion in the game whose weakness was supposed to be incredibly long CD's but that's another topic) Runes on her are absolutely disgusting when they work and only average at the worst.

There is NO other bruiser in this game with that much HARD CC in a kit with massive mobility and a shield.

I'm absolutely sick of this champion and would ban it every game if it wasn't for Riot's horrible balance and forcing me to ban shit like Vladimir or Tahm when I go top lane. I should not have to lock in your balance failures just to have a chance to play this game.

Not even Fiora, who I hate too, gets away with as much bullshit as Riven does and Fiora's has more sustain and true damage than riven
