Either the OP doesn't realize that they nerfed Kindred in 6.9 or there are changes on the PBE I haven't seen.

Passive now also generates Vigor stacks on-attack. Vigor stacks generated from movement reduced. Duration increased to 8.5 seconds from 8. Wolf now deals 50% increased damage to Monsters.

And you seem to be ignoring that the cooldown on her Q (which is her main source of mobility and damage) was increased early-game (which is when Kindred was supposed to be the most influential).

Increasing Wolf's damage to monsters was to keep her clear speed the same after the Q nerf and the buff to her healing is minor and only really affects the less skilled Kindred players anyways.

She is less mobile and deals less damage to champions early-game. This greatly weakens her ganks, skirmishes and invades.

Her kit was nerfed. If you are incapable of recognizing that, I would suggest learning more about champion balance and the game in general.

Their q has a 9 second cooldown, with a 4-2 second cooldown when used within Wolf's Frenzy. So lies. Unless you are talking about their movement animation, then yes, that is free. Like every other champ.

Why would you need counterplay for a ~80 health heal with no scaling other than level. That is a lvl 1 Soraka heal, but on a much larger cooldown. And without scaling. Also have you heard of your lord and savior, Executioner's calling? ( item 3123 ) Reduce that heal by 40%, if it bothers you that much.

For everyone! Everyone gets it, not just Kindred and her team. It can easily backfire on them, as much as it can work for them.

Q is 9 seconds, which can be reduced to 5.4 seconds, and 4-2 seconds while in Wolf's frenzy(based on abilities lvl)

In general this post is just a train wreck. Kindred's buff was that it made Hunters Vigor charge on attack, like you would think it would. Then they nerfed her q on q lvl 1-4. So while she is strong, you are over reacting.
