I wanted to get on the PBE to test the new masteries....but it looks like there is no one playing. I think it might be because the only option to play is the new draft mode selection.
I think ppl keep dodging when their champ gets ban and now its at the point where no one is even in queue.
Can anyone else confirm the pbe is like a ghost town right now?

Jbels1 votesThe PBE is a cesspool of toxicity and trolling. 50% of people there are only there to use whatever skin they want to, 25% of people are there because it's safe to troll when it's not their main account, 24% of people there are only there to try the new champion in a custom game. the rest are actually there to test for bugs.
What turns more people away from testing balance changes is probably the fact that player feedback doesn't matter on PBE. The changes will be changed if RIOT feels like there's something wrong, not if something is wrong.
