Hecarim - the forgotten jungler; A soft rework for his W

Idea: Hecarim's W is replaced by a Nidalee / Jayce style stance that grants a slight buff upon use and changes the effect of his Q. Goal: Increasing Hecarim's jungle sustain and clear as well as his dueling power while keeping the impact one lane Hecarim low.
W(New): Warden / Cavalry: Cooldown 8s – switches Hecarim’s stance. Switching to cavalry grants 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% armor & magic penetration for 3 seconds. Switching to warden increases your armor by 15/30/45/60/75 for 3 seconds. Half of the bonus stats are kept after the initial bonus runs out.
Rampage (Warden): → When damaging champions with Rampage restore 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 of your maximum health over 4 seconds. Halved against monsters (none vs. minions) Thrust (Cavalry): → Stab forward (275 range/line-hitbox) and deal … (same as Rampage) + 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 % of your enemy’s current health as physical damage (Maximum 300 vs Monsters).
I'm open to numerical tweaks. Please, focus on the general idea :)
