Like really, make a sound or something that tells you its your turn to pick or ban. Cant count the amount of times people forgot and got kicked.

also make it so that if you have a champ selected and forget to lock in by 0, auto lock it, people forgetting to lock in too because of old habits

Before afk Facebook for check boobs or I don't know, people need to stay on the champ select.

Won't happen, riot wants you to pay attention to league and only league. Think about why they added the MS boost in the beginning of the game. Makes the game worse for people who have teammates that dc and come back in a few minutes.
