Conqueror has a 46% Winrate, it needs to be buffed

Conqueror has an overall Winrate of 46%, compared to other keystone its underpowered. Maybe increase the true dmg to 25% and take some AD off.

there's enough true damage in the game, this rune does NOT need further buffs.

In my experience it has a 100% winrate because at least one person on any team has it.

[sg-lux-2] Is this a joke? I'm too tired to tell honestly.

If at least one person has one on each team that means it wouldn't be 100% as one team would lose...

????????????????

You're correct. If at least one person on each team has it, the maximum winrate for Conquerer would be a bit over 83% on Rift/ARAM.

TT brings this ratio down, but TT is 1% of games played and has a maximum ratio of 75%, meaning the small decrease it would give to the overall average would not be significant enough to counteract the trailing .3333....

And then we do have to ask if we count bots for that, as that'd push Conquerer's maximum winrate up, since, as far as I'm aware, bots cannot take conquerer...

If one team has it and the enemy team does not, then the winrate would be 100% (for @DuskDaUmbreon) with the weight scaling with the amount of players that take it (I get that 5/6 is 83.33...%). Typically Conqueror is only taken top lane, and rarely do both toplaners take it. There are cases where conqueror is taken outside of top lane, but even if the champions that take it are relatively weak, it wouldn't account for a 46% win rate.

In cases where only both toplaners take it, the win rate will be 50%, and that will weigh the statistics towards 50%. The fact that it's naturally weighted towards 50% and it's still less than 50%, shows that it is weak for the average player.

Key point being "average player". Assuming this 46% statistic is across all games in all elo's, you can safely say that explains the low winrate. Conqueror does take some skill to use effectively. A lot of champions that take conqueror require a lot of games played to do well. Jax, as much as people complain about him, is a champion that is hard to operate well, Fiora and Trynd are much the same. Those champions are very easy to feed, and be utterly useless, on.

It might also be because the champions that take it rely heavily on item powerspikes, and games just end too soon for them to reach the powerspikes or be useful.

This isn't a "conqueror is weak and needs buffs" post though, the best option would be to rework it so that it's fair across all elo's, but that probably isn't possible so it's good enough where it is.

WTF? NO. [sg-ahri-3]

Because the champions it counters are not meta.

...... this is as stupid a argument as a posts in season 7 that said that said "adcs are balanced because the average adc only has a 50% winrate" when there is an adc both teams every game....

if somthing is always used on both teams... u cant use winrate as a data point.

logical fallacy
