It is very clear why people are climbing with yi, very easy to noob stomp and very hard to shut down when ahead. Gets that super lucky easy one q triple kill when they are low and bam youa re already ahead by so much./

You are team dependent that way. I prefer playing adc.

I think its the other way round, lol. An adc needs a team to protect/peel/tank or anything. If a zed shyvanna and j4 dive you in the back you cant really do much.

But if you play amumu/zac/skarner even a brain dead fly can follow up on your CC and get kills.

Yi isn't good when your team could feed five kills by five minutes like Bronze players are capable of. I'd much rather take Evelynn into the jungle and just smash their team. Plenty of mistakes to abuse, waste to pick a jungler that farms the first six minutes away.

If your team has one member with hard cc and half a brain then as long as you group with that one ally, Yi becomes lunch meat. Most Yi players try going in solo only to end up wrecked by entire teams. As soon as they get a few early kills, they think they're a god.

A good Yi will bide their time and afk farm in jungle, out farming everyone on the map with his insane attack speed. Then, fifteen-twenty in, he'll suddenly come out of hiding and destroy every vulnerable target he can isolate until grouping no longer matters and he can erase entire teams on his own.
