Wow, what a clusterfuck. Yeah, imo riot should put a limit to maybe 2/5 players on a team able to be autofilled in 1 match, because that is just stupid 3/5 having to play an off role is an instant significant disadvantage.

I would rather wait in a longer queue for a secured position. I think they should have this option for people who can be patient and do not mind waiting to have one of the two roles they desire without auto filling them.

Unfortunately this doesn't necessarily solve the problem in this match, in your example you may get one of your desired roles while 3 or even 4 of your teammates may be autofilled despite maining the same positions and your team would still be at a disadvantage having multiple players in sub-optimal roles.

i got auto filled into ADC once (before I started playing it seriously) when 2 teammates had it primary

I was jungle/supp, they both got auto filled into both of those lol

I had a game when 2 support mains got put into their secondary role, adc and support is autofilled, and mid wanted ad.

i'm playing this game since 7 seasons

i know that role selection used to not exist, but if we have role selection now i don't mind about autofill i do mind about putting 2 premades in one game+someone autofilled like it was said we need to restrict the game to one premade
