Still too early to bother, as she hasn't been out for even a month. Her role, builds and playstyle could completely change in that amount of time, possibly rendering whatever guide you make obsolete.

Riot doesnt nerf based off people whining on these boards lol see lee sin/vayne/twitch/yasuo/ezreal pretty much any champion whine about all day they never nerf them cause of the masses crying. they nerf based off high elo statics and worlds gameplay. they dont give two shits about 60% win rate solo Q champions.

Well tbh Zoe is strong when played right ^^, but ye make a guide to paly against it ppl might actually read it lol
But zoe needs more scaling less base dmg! cuz now an underfed zoe or support zoe can oneshot ppl, she should be punished for not farming, shutdown, etc which is totaly not the case right now! :/

well the whole ardent censor meta is made by "adc in 2k17".... --> they buffed supports that keep their adc alive --> everyone complains about worlds being shit meta ---> they don't know it's created by the cry babies before!!!
ADC was fine in 2k17 it was in a really strong spot then they made it stronger cuz the community complains lol ---> riot please don't ever listen to the community just do what you wanne do we will just keep playing and enjoy cuz you make the game change and keeps things fun lol
Riot did give indications they felt she might be on the OP side once people did figure her out, so if they do eventually nerf her it's probably more to do with their initial hunch about the tuning now being backed up with data, and less to do with people crying.
Theres probably a bit of learning curve in playing against her people still need to adjust to, as people aren't necessarily tracking her Q's appropriately and overlook the range of her E over walls. To be fair though, the zoe players themselves are likely gonna get better too, but if it means they need to use tricksy angled Qs more often instead of max range straight line ones that'll probably feel better for opponents.
